“I was given free Saranghae toner, face masks, and eye cream by a coworker who was recommending the products at work to other skincare enthusiasts. A few of us were experiencing bumps, even skin tones and acne. After slowly including all of products into my regular evening routine, I really fell in love with all them. I didn't have any specific expectations at first, other than they smelled nice or had very little scent, and were given by an older woman with amazing skin. But as the weeks went on, my acne subsided and is now rare. And when I do get hormonal acne it's not nearly as red or irritated. And if I leave them alone (don't pick or touch) and continue applying the toner nightly and using the face masks from time to time. Eveything calmly goes away within 2-3 days. Water consumption and foods definitely also play roles in that. The eye cream has a nice consistency and is scentless (thank goodness). I ordered my first bottle of toner last week because now I'm hooked. And after opening the box I realized I had been sent two other regular sized free products!! It was such a nice surprise that I feel rarely happens with skincare/ cosmetic companies and their first time customers. Absolutely love Saranghae and will be delightfully be repurchasing for the foreseeable future. Highly highly recommend. Will be sending a few products to a good out of state friend soon since she's also very interested trying new and nicer products.”

“I have been using Saranghae for 4 years, I love how simple and quick the 5 steps routine which made my skin so much healthier and younger. I am going on 67 and my skin looks better than when I was in my 40s. Their customer service is excellent and the price is so much more affordable than what I was using in the past. I love the products so much that I now have my husband, daughters, sisters and friends using Saranghae. They are also very happy with the products.”

“This is a long overdue review. Back in July 2019, I was scrolling on my phone and happen to see a Free Sample from this brand/company on Facebook. This is a time where Korean Beauty Skincare was not that big on the market yet. So i signed up. When I got my Free Sample…it was a full-size of their Nourishing & Moisturing Oil + Cleanser product. I was shocked…A full-sized product?!? Are you kidding me?!?! 😁😱 I always have clear skin. However, during that time, I had small itchy bumps on the lower part of both sides of my jawline. I didn’t know if I used a product that irritated my skin, if it’s fungal or homonal acne. It was not a lot, but it is the first time i had them, so I was really concerned, annoyed, and frustrated because they wouldn’t go away no matter what cream I use on them. Then I tried this free sample cleanser that I got from this brand/company. Guess what happened?!?! They disappeared in 3 days of just using the cleanser!! All gone! I was VERY happy! After that, I went about my life and forgot about this cleanser. Until 3 months ago, when I had the same skin problem on the same spot. I then remembered what healed my skin problem more than 5 years ago. I know I kept this product hidden somewhere. When I found it, I was very happy because I know…this is the answer to my skin problem. It was expired (20210227 it said at the bottom of the bottle). I told myself, “Let’s see if this will still work eventhough it expired 4 years ago.” Low and behold…”IT STILL WORKS!!!” Gone in 3 days again! It soothe, calmed, healed and left no dark marks like the last time. With that said, I can attest that this product works! Thank you, Love Saranghae for making a product that actually works (eventhough it has long expired)! “I love everything about these products! I use the face mask in the morning and even after a long day in front of the computer I get compliments about my skin glowing! The foam cleanser is amazing too. I've tried SO many cleanser and they either leave some leftover residue or give my skin a rough texture, but not this one. It feels great on my skin and I can feel like my makeup is 100% removed even after the first rinse. I am never going back!!”

“I have been using your products for well over a decade and can't express how much I love them. They clean, nourish, calm and hydrate my skin so reliably that I feel lost if I don't have them with me. “I have been using your products since 2017. I just got my new products today and noticed all the items were smaller in fluid oz than my last bundle with the same price tag. I am very disappointed by this especially with no warning to your consumers. I truly thought your company was better than this.”

Hi Michelle, We appreciate your honest review. Yes, our generation 8 triple mushroom complex products have gone through a wholesale evolution in ingredients, formulation and packaging. The packaging is now fully recyclable and more in line with standard sizing (we offered oversized packaging before). The more important aspect is that the new formulations offer more actives, and greater value. In short, we believe we're offering better products at the same price. Also, we did send out multiple emails letting our customers know the details of the change but it looks like you didn't receive it or it probably ended up in your SPAM folder. We understand that you're not pleased with the change, but please do give our generation 8 products a fair try. I think you'll find that you'll enjoy them even more.
